40 Posts In 40 Weekdays: GRΣΣK

Gotta make Day Seven of 40 Post Pledge quick unfortunately.

I was hoping to get YOUR feedback on the ABC Family show, GRΣΣK. Its mid-season finale aired last night. I've been meaning to check it out, but have heard mixed things. Have you guys been watching? Let me know what you think in the comments!

Also, check out this video that my buddy Trevor of The Whitest Kids U'Know made at Comic-Con with Clark Duke (Greek, Clark and Michael, brief cameo in Superbad). For you Heroes fans, you'll enjoy the little bit between Trever and Clark and Zachary Quinto.

See you all tomorrow with another post!

Greek is my only much watch of the summer (coming from someone without Showtime and access to Weeds). I'm sad that its over.

It's worth checking out, as a sort of soapy, hourlong Undeclared.

However, Burn Notice and Mad Men are much better in terms of summer programming...

Thanks for the WKUK-related video! I need stuff like this to tide me over until Season 2 starts. Tell Trevor to hurry up with that.

I haven't watched Greek, but Clark Duke is pretty much awesome. I loved that he was in Superbad. Did he have any lines, though? I remember being disappointed that he didn't really get to say anything.

You already know I love this show. I was looking for something to fill the hole in my heart left by the VM cancellation and this one was a quick fix for me. The characters are great and have changed with each episode. The finale was not a cliffhanger but you know the shit will hit the fan when Season 2 starts.

When it first started, I watched it but wasn't into it. But suddenly, I got kind of obsessed with it. It's a fun show! I can't wait until it comes back.

I haven't really watched it, though I did catch some of the finale last night and it seems almost too soapy for me?

I agree with j though - Burn Notice is, by a mile, the show of the summer.

Haven't checked out Greek yet, but I do love me some Clark Duke, so maybe I'll take a look. I actually found his cameo in Superbad a bit distracting though. He didn't seem like he belonged at that party.

saddest moment of my life.. I had to reset my computer and lost ALL of my music. (and I've been a very faithful fan of SPD for a loong time now) It was then, however, I realized how much I appreciated not only your music links but everything about your blog. I'm especially loving this 40-in-40 after a bit of an absence recently. So Thanks so much!

Greek's cool but I've been having to catch up with links I find online since I've gone back to school and don't have a tv... I wasn't even aware that a finale was even coming, so thanks for the notice.
Also sooo glad you're back.
OH! A friend recently introduced me to this song "Apologize" by One Republic... apparently there's a version that's pretty much the same that's out on Timbeland's new cd. Anyway's it's depressingish yet quite addictive you should check it out. I believe there are video's on yoututbe.
Anywho welcome back!

Greek is freaking awesome! Best show of the summer, which isn't saying much, but I think it should get some push for a run during the real tv season!!

I had a crappy ass just-got-laid-off kinda week, so I caught up with Greek alot of yesterday. In between pleading for more freelance work and feeling sorry for myself. I know, I know, boys, try to resist my sexiness. Anyway, the show itself makes me kinda feel old and I'm only 23. However, its a complete guilty pleasure for me and I will be tuning into it in the future. I won't be telling anyone though. Except this blog. I can't mess with my rep, yo!

I love Greek. It's one of the best new shows of the summer. Cappie is definitely my favorite character. There's something about Rusty that makes me extremely annoyed.

I also love Greek! I wouldn't call it great TV, but it's definately fun and rather addictive. Soapy but irreverent - a true guilty pleasure.
