It's Always SONNY In Philadelphia

I've received the above line via text message or email about 15 times since Friday. Why? Well first, my friends love puns. And second, my writing partner and I are now writers for the FX comedy It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia!

As usual, blogging has been sporadic lately, but not because of the Sonny Lee-laziness you all have grown to hate. No, it's been a hectic few weeks post-strike, filled with exec meetings, showrunner meetings, and lots of free water.

Last Monday, we had the pleasure of meeting with the three stars/writers/producers of Sunny, and a week later, today, we're starting our first day on staff. Holy awesomeness.

I couldn't be more excited, and it feels pretty amazing to start on a show that was already a favorite in my Facebook profile. I, along with legitimate critics, have been urging you to watch for a while, and now, I'll be reminding you to tune in much, MUCH more often. This'll be the fourth season, with the premiere date TBA.
